Work.It.Out.Pump.It.Up.had kickboxing session yesterday at Amore.. its good for destressing and u can just unleash ur fury in all the punches (yeah, even if ur only punching air).. at least i think dats better than just keeping everything to urself..
classes that i've tried are kickboxing (kb), pilates, yoga, LO and errmm.. yeah, i guess dats basically all.. but i prefer kb and LO cos they're more of a high-impact workout,and u can feel the strain after doing them.. in fact as i'm typing now, my abs and thighs are aching (ouch!)..
other classes would include step workout, hip-hop, jazz, kardiosculpt, new body, cardio latino (a new dance workout) and blast (a new sparring workout).. i'm keen to try out new body, which involves weights and also kardiosculpt, a mixture of aerobics and weights..
as for today, i'm attending anudder kb and yoga session.. call me crazy but i guess i really need the workout..
